Open Academy hasn't been updated for over 2 years now. A lot of core security releases not applied. I believe this makes the project unstable as is right now. Let's mark this as unsupported or needs new maintainer?

I went ahead and updated the distribution information to say we were seeking a new maintainer and to clarify we are not doing ongoing development.

I also added a line about how Open Academy is a good example of building a distribution on top of Panopoly since, in retrospect, that is probably the strongest contribution it had to the Drupal ecosystem.
