Need help to create a OG like in these sites

Can someone guide me on create a OG like these OGs on the following website:

Plus group list and description exactly like http://teamsugar.com/groups/Celebrity

2) mailfriends.com

I would like the group design like the group discussions and members list like this http://www.mothersclick.com/group/20something

Can someone provide me the modules or guide me in how about I can achieve these customizations.
