Upgrading from 7.x-2.5 to the current 7.x-2.x (dev) even non-trailing empty columns and rows are removed from display if these options are selected in the Manage display settings for the table field.

In many cases this might be desired but should be offered as a separate option without affecting the existing one as this potentially changes existing tables (only the rendering of it) when upgrading.

Attached patch restores the previous trim behavior and adds extra options to hide all empty rows and columns independently if they are trailing or not.
