When I delete video's on my Kaltura Platform, these video's will still appear on my Drupal environment (admin/config/media/kaltura/entries). Even after running Cron...

The buttons says 'Import Media Entries from Kaltura', but it should be much better if we can sync our video's instead of importing. I think the Kaltura module will be better arranged when we are able to sync our video's.

Has anyone implemented that?

Updating and deleting entries is handled via the notification handler which should be setup on a public url from the kaltura KMC. The code for this is in "includes/kaltura.notification.inc"

Do you need more functionality than this?
