Changes since version 8.x-1.2:

a) Drush commands --
- Added new Drush commands for reverting and importing. See README file in the Reports sub-module for details. Issue: #2822721: Add config-revert and config-revert-all drush commands
- Fixed bug in Drush diff command. Issue: #2822942: drush config-diff command does not work
- Added tests for Drush commands. Issue: #2394603: Add tests for Drush commands

b) Report updates:
- Added a column to the reports showing where the config item comes from. Issue: #2824164: Add name of module/theme/profile to report
- In the form where you choose which report to run, only show modules, themes, and profiles that actually have some configuration to report on. Issue: #2405277: Only list extensions that provide configuration

c) Made the revert/import commands behave a little more similarly, in the area of some internal-use parts of the configuration, to using the standard UIs for configuration changes. Issue: #2829506: Simple config doesn't retain config hash when reverted

d) Fixed some PHP warnings. Issue: #2733257: Remove annoying notice when dealing with new config objects
