With commons notify messages for creating new nodes are send to users, based on their following preferences, no matter which node type.
If a "normal" community member follows a moderator or community manager, the normal member will be informed of all steps the moderator is doing.
f.e. if the moderator is creating a page or a newsletter, these actions should not be send out.
To avoid this, the attached patch adds a configuration to the node type edit form, where you can specify if or if not messages should be send.
