This hit #142957: Prevent project deletion when releases are present again. And if anyone had installed the project they are now stuck with broken builds if they use drush make or composer, and their site's update status will have less helpful information. Please do not delete projects without exceptional reasons, like valid legal issues. Updating the project page to clearly explain what to do if you use the project is preferred.

As far as I remember, we didn't had any releases for this project (even no dev-release). The project itself existed only for 3 or 4 days.
