How to change the quantity

Hi all,

I have just one product I sell (a diner).
But people order it in several quantities.

I currently have an entityform people use to subscribe for the diner.
How can I alter the quantity on the payment page?

Can that be done with rules and/or a custom module?

I tried the payment_donation module, but that doesn't let people select their preffered payment method.
