I need to use this module with user expiration date (https://www.drupal.org/project/user_expire)

I am not sure I understand what the question is. Can you please expand on the question?

However, if the problem is that you're unable to import expire dates the case is that User Import currently does not support date fields.

There is, however, a patch in the issue queue to remedy that, please see #2149721: Field date is not supported.
