pixeliteThe issue here seems to be with the format of the strings, rather than the translation system. @Kal_El, can you document here which English strings you were not able to translate?
Reviewing the definition of the issue priorities (https://www.drupal.org/core/issue-priority#major-bug, https://www.drupal.org/core/issue-priority#normal-bug), I think this makes more sense as a Normal issue rather than Major.

The Problem is, that I don't know, where these strings come from.
You get them, when you export the translation files (*.po) or
.../en/admin/config/regional/translate
I hope, this makes the problem more clear.
