Drag and drop not working [#2842566]

In OA 7.x-2.612, the drag and drop functionality in the admin pages (such as 'admin/structure/types/manage/myContent/fields' and most anywhere) is not working with Chrome. It seems to be ok with firefox.

It is working with an old OA version: 7.x-2.53.

Updating OA to the latest drupal core (7.53, not the same as the above mentioned...) should solve the problem.

The change log of https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/releases/7.53 does mention:

This release includes a single bug fix to address a regression with drag-and-drop behavior that was introduced in Drupal 7.51 (and persisted in Drupal 7.52) for certain web browsers and certain jQuery versions.

Drupal core is set by the Panopoly distribution used by Atrium. The next time there is a Panopoly update we will release a new version of Atrium. For now if this is a critical issue for you then you can update core manually or apply the specific patch for this issue.

Understood and thanks for the answer.

Since it isn't critical, given that Firefox is a good alternative, i will wait for Panopoly.

OA has a very good maintenance and update rhythm. I put the issue here, mostly, to give visibility to the problem and its answer for anybody else that is in the same situation.
