We render the 'table' theme hook to actually create the table markup. However, this makes it hard to target tables generated by this module for customization by other modules or in the theme. We should include at least a 'table__panels_style_table' theme hook suggestion so a theme or module could customize all our tables, or maybe even some suggestions that identify a particular panel or region.
