Specific terms trigger a pre-defined result

Hello, We have Apache Solr Search up and it is running properly. The client has provided a list of terms which are to trigger a specific message (or top result).

Use Case:
A pre-selected list of staff member's names is entered. When a search for one of them is realized, the first result will be a message containing a link to the staff directory, followed by all the results where the name actually appears (pages, press releases, etc.).
