I have a content type with webform.
The content can only be created by the administrator.
I have never created content, but ... I have 50 nodes of Viagra, Diazpam ... created by an anonymous user.
I deleted the content type and, at the time, I didn’t have any kind of intrusion any more.
What may have happened?

I don't know how that would happen. This is something to do with the content type permissions, not Webform directly.
