I've just seen quite a bunch video tutorial in youtube about Webform, I was mindblown by it.
So just a quick question, can I use Webform for node creation?

Tbh, I haven't dig the configuration my self in deep with this yet. But I'm sure this is quite possible, but just wondering whether the setup for this is as easy as just a simple UI config, or we need to do some custom code as well.

You would need to do some custom coding.

But the simple question is why? It doesn't really make sense - Webform is simply a module that allows you to create forms, but nodes already come with a form that is specific to that note type. So you shouldn't need to create a form for this.

Hey Jaypan, thanks for your reply.

From what I see so far from the vid tutorial in Youtube, there's a bunch type of new fields, like for example Signature fields, Toggle, etc.
And also the multistep form is very easy to setup in Webform.

So I'm not sure whether D8 core provide that kind of field, and yet not sure how easy it is to build multi step form in node creation.

I think it would be great if I can bring that feature in Webform for node creation.

He mentioned that I need to dig into this thing called WebformHandler, so I'm gonna find out about that, and I'll give some update if I managed to come up with something.
