Only home page _.html file has boost header and there are cached files in cache folders but cached pages not being served except home page. i read this post https://www.drupal.org/node/1939960 but i can't figure out the solution.
taxonomy pages are cached in term id folder and category which is the taxonomy page is also cached. Is this expected?

i tried latest dev and stable version, changed settings, etc but same thing. I ended up using older version.
