It looks like testbot has changed the place where dropzone module will be downloaded.

It was modules/dropzonejs before, see https://dispatcher.drupalci.org/job/default/274025/console
And now its modules/contrib/dropzonejs, see https://dispatcher.drupalci.org/job/default/284721/console

Thats the reason for test failures.
