For the last few years, we've been recording each of the sessions from the DrupalCons, creating over 100 hours of recordings per event. We've also been uploading each of these recordings to the session listing on the DrupalCon site within a few hours. The result is an archive for each conference that's available to anyone, anytime. As long as you remember what time that theming session was, and which Con it was at!
There's so much Drupal-y goodness in these recordings, we couldn't bear to hide them away behind the Con site walls anymore. So, with the help of our friends Jay and Ryanne from Ryan is Hungry, we uploaded all the recordings to one convenient YouTube channel. You can now browse by our conference specific playlists:
We'll also be looking to create content-based playlists in the future as well so that it's easy to find all the recordings related to Government, Education, and Nonprofits or Site Building, for example.
Finally, while we're thrilled to get all of these session recordings into one place, we acknowledge that there are some limitations. Unlike a podcast, you can't download a YouTube video for offline viewing later. However, the amazing Paul Johnson has documented a hack you may find useful. Just point your browser to the DrupalAssociation YouTube page in step 2 instead.
And now, just because it's my favorite session title, here's a preview! I give you "Tame the Burrito" from eaton at DrupalCon Denver:

Great work! I'm pleased we're getting this archive of Drupal Wisdom out there and more accessible. It would be great to see curated playlists around specific themes.
The link to Paul's hack is broken - it says "Posterous spaces is no longer available". I'm needing to download some of these videos for offline viewing, they used to be available at archive.org, but this is no longer the case :(.
Here's a good link with the YouTube download instructions - http://sydney2013.drupal.org/download-drupalcon-sydney-sessions-youtube
