Hidden field value used as token in following field is not exported

To reproduce:

1. set first field of the view as "Exclude from display" = to be used as token in following field
2. set second field parameter "Re-write the output of this field" on and use token of the previous field in result

At this moment you should see in preview of the view that the value is not printed out

If you uncheck "Exclude from display", then the value of the token is printed out.

Tested on CSV data export.
