Unique title does not work if used with Automatic Entity Label [#2837674]

Unique field does not work if used with Automatic Entity Label.
I am guessing it is because the title is not created until after the node is saved.

I understand that technically we should be able to just validate the specific fields that make up the title, but that does not always work.
