heddnDo we need to add a minimum support version of 8.2.2? This functionality was only added after it.

BerdirThe problem is that dependencies on patch versions don't work, we can only depend either on 8.2 or 8.3, which we don't want yet.
Since this is migrate specific, which is experimental, I think it's OK to just do this.

heddnI'm OK with that just letting this slip in, even with the patch version issue. If someone is going to use migrate and ERR, they are probably going to want to upgrade to the latest anyway. And we can add a release note here. Or postpone this and wait for 8.2 to sunset.

heddn8.2 is no longer supported. This can just go in now.
