Currently every entity type defines crud action plugins on their own.
That's annoying

Proposed resolution

We could simplify things a bit by providing action plugins for every entity type:

  • delete
  • Publish
  • Unpublish
  • ...

Looks like this is already done in #2916740: Add generic entity actions and #2670730: Provide a delete action for each content entity type
