After given rights to user for spaces , subspace and sections . When a new section is created the activity log shows two entries, It should show only one time, attached is the snap shot.

Below two Sections were created in Space as per Snap shot
1) FOB Consolidator wise
2) C&F Port Wise

how can this be resolved it??

Sorry for asking...but, since you tagged your Atrium deployment as based on Atrium 2.60-rc1 (rather "old" IMHO), a question immediately arises: does the issue you're experiencing appear also on latest Atrium 2.611 released on November?
In other terms: is that (supposed) bug present and reproducible exactly on the newest Atrium release?

I didn't see the latest version because of less time , i dont want to do on 2.611 released , i have to do on 2.60-rc1 version .

Kindly Let me know about the solution on 2.60-rc1 version. Can we get a patch for this specific problem on our version.
