Good morning!
We're developing a site with Rooms module. We've encountered a problem with the calendar. When we manage availability of a room, the calendar doesn't show any color, so we can't know if the room is available, booked or anything. All the modules are installed correctly, no errors displaying.
Can somebody help us?
Thank you in advance.

acrollet CreditAttribution: acrollet commentedHi there, have you exactly followed the installation instructions here? http://docs.roomify.us/rooms/index.html
Also, you may wish to consider using roomify for accommodations: https://github.com/roomify/rfa - there is a pre-built distribution available.

shevatvb CreditAttribution: shevatvb commentedHi acrollet,
yes I followed those exact instructions; infact I have no errors on the status report or anything. I also downloaded roomify for accomodation, but it was not what I was looking for. Thank you anyway.

acrollet CreditAttribution: acrollet commentedare there any errors shown on the status report? Which version of the fullcalendar library is installed?
shevatvb CreditAttribution: shevatvb commentedThere are no errors in the status report; I tried with the 2.6 version and the 3.1
I have the same issue.

acrollet CreditAttribution: acrollet commentedHi there, are there any JS errors in the console?
shevatvb CreditAttribution: shevatvb commentedNope. No errors in the console. That's the main problem, I mean, I don't know where to look c'cause I don't have any errors.

ZabosP CreditAttribution: ZabosP commentedCould you fix the problem?
I have the same issue. :(
Comment #10
acrollet CreditAttribution: acrollet commentedThis is not a problem we have experienced, so to fix it we would need exact instructions to reproduce the issue - in this case, please post all the steps you followed when installing rooms on a new Drupal 7 site, thanks much.

ZabosP CreditAttribution: ZabosP commentedMaybe i found the reason of the problem. I installed the fullcalendar module, not just the library.
Can it be the problem?

JoshIdeas CreditAttribution: JoshIdeas commentedWe ran into this same issue while doing a custom install. I believe it was a JQUERY version problem (It's been a while - sorry). Other than that I remember it was a little difficult to get the BAT module working and may have been something with that.
I do recommend looking over the install guide once more. I believe there was an error where it had you install the wrong version of BAT and that could be causing the error. I'll pull the install versions for each module that we have on our site

acrollet CreditAttribution: acrollet commentedHi there,
we do mention that the fullcalendar module should not be used on http://docs.roomify.us/rooms/installation.html - please follow those instructions to the letter, and it should work.
thanks much,
Adrian

JoshIdeas CreditAttribution: JoshIdeas commentedHere's what we have installed:
1) Jquery 1.10 both default version and alternate. Jquery compression level set to production and not using CDN.
2) bat module version = "7.x-1.11"
3) bat_api module version = "7.x-1.0"
4) rooms module version = "7.x-1.11+10-dev"
5) fullcalendar module version = "7.x-2.0"
These are the modules we have installed within the fullcalendar module: FullCalendar API (fullcalendar_api) and FullCalendar (fullcalendar)
6) fullcalendar library v2.7.3 (2016-06-02)

ZabosP CreditAttribution: ZabosP commentedDear Guys!
Thanks for your help! I rebuilt the page with your instructions and it works. I think the bat_api module version was wrong at first time.
Thanks again!
Peter

shevatvb CreditAttribution: shevatvb commentedIt worked for me too. Definetely the wrong version of the bat_api module version. I'm using the 7.x-1.0.
Thank you!
