Unique Page Schema

Is there a way to specify a Schema type by each node individually?

We are working on some TouristAttraction attraction format content types and while the content-type system has been working well we have requests for individual attractions and clusters of attractions that are listed in views as attractions to be tagged with more appropriate values.

Wineries, Golf Courses, Nightclubs, Breweries, etc.

Is there a way to do this in the UI in the same way that the Metatag module now has per-page modifications?
