Where is the Download Link?

Hello everyone,

I've used this module on multiple D8 sites but cannot figure out for the life of me how to display the Download Link to a file (/file/fid/download). None of my field formatters have that option.

I'm using entity_browser in my node to select files and then have played with the display settings of different file types to output this.

Any ideas?
