redhen_relation_role_access() ends up checking for the "administer relation roles" permission which doesnt exist causing access denied. The attached patch adds it.

Thanks for the patch. Looks like you created it from outside the module directory (note the long path for the file to patch). In future, create the patch from a repo directly in the module (inside modules/redhen directory, in this case).
