Problem/Motivation
Problem: Package is defined as 'content' but seems initial capitalisation required i.e. 'Content' otherwise new package group created
Motivation: Twitter rage, including usage of capital letters: https://twitter.com/patrickschanen/status/806816403101720576
Proposed resolution
Change package name from 'content' to 'Content'.
Remaining tasks
Apply the attached patch.
User interface changes
There won't be two groups of 'Content' modules when this module is installed along with any other modules in the 'Content' package.
