I see there was an issue closed on this error as recent as July https://www.drupal.org/node/2766609.
I am running Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.4.0-53-generic x86_64). Is there a patch i can apply. This fix is seemingly not available as of the openatrium-7.x-2.611 release I installed. I am forced to keep the module disabled for now.

jbylsma CreditAttribution: jbylsma at Quotient commentedAre you using OpenAtrium? OpenAtrium currently applies https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2039009-og_vocab-share-25.patch to og_vocab from #2039009-25: Allow sharing vocabularies between groups. This introduces the errant break, which causes the PHP 7.0 incompatibility.
