When using the Entity Browser to embed a media type, both IFrame and Modal Display Plugins hang unless "Auto open Entity Browser" is checked on the Display configuration screen.

For modals, if "Auto open Entity Browser" is checked, when the user opens a node to edit it, the modal automatically opens as the node edit form loads.

Iframes behave appropriately if this option is checked.

I am unable to reproduce this problem with the current -dev version.

Could you please indicate if this issue still exists, and if so, provide detailed steps to reproduce it?
