The schema of modules/ctools_views/tests/modules/ctools_views_test_views/test_views/views.view.ctools_views_entity_test.yml is using boolean values for its boolean filters - however, on Sep 2 the schema got changed to string values.

Looks as simple as replacing all the true values with '1'.
