Follow-up to #2807333: Implement hierarchical structures in facets

We should add a link to the index configuration from the hierarchy description to make it easier to remember to enable the processor.

For example: Make sure to enable the hierarchy processor on the <a href="/admin/config/search/search-api/index/{$index->id()}/processors">Search api index processor configuration</a> for this to work as expected.
