At SooperThemes Drupal Themes we provide Drupal 7 drag and drop Drupal themes. The products are more technical than regular Drupal themes, we also provide custom modules, installation profiles and other tools necessary to provision turn-key Drupal websites with demo content.

I'm looking to outsource customer support, which mostly involves researching and answering very simple questions about site building and theming with our products. Every now and then there will be some more complex issues and bugs, so I'm looking for experienced themes/developers who can respond quickly to issues and communicate promptly and clearly to our customers.

  1. Before you are hired I will give you a copy of my products and give you a few days to play around and look at the code. This way we can find out if we can work together without getting into any contracts and find out too late.
  2. You will be included in our Slack chat and we can talk about which support issues you can handle, and which need to be escalated to me.
  3. If you have experience in writing documentation and recording/editing tutorial videos that's a plus
