Admin unknowingly unsubscribing user from groups when editing profile

Problem/Motivation

When groups are set to private, an administrator who is not a member and does not have permission to bypass node access restrictions will not see them. When such an admin saves changes to another user’s profile, that user is unsubscribed from all the groups that the admin did not have access to.

Proposed resolution

Memberships of groups an admin cannot access should remain unchanged when the admin updates a user’s profile.
