I have done the submit report that comes in Mollom error message; but guessing this is still a bug in the module (as well as the service, possibly).

My client has correctly entered the captcha code and 10 out of 10 times been rejected. When i do it; i am successful 10 out of 10 times. I have seen what she enters and it is obviously the correct captcha.

My guess would be her IP is blocked for some reason; but if that is the case; the error message is wrong as it should not say the verification word is entered wrong.

It has worked for her in the past.

Also, there is nothing in recent log messages from mollom.
