Conversation only show after replied by someone - Privatemsg Module

We have used private message module and its almost fullfill our requirment. Can you please provide us the solution on below points of private msg module?

1) Our functionality works on like button feature. If 10 user like any article and comment a message on that article section that time it will create 10 different conversation from their inbox as private chat and send messages to those user who like that article. But the concern it that it is possible way to show only one message will come in inbox instead of 10 different conversations. If someone will reply on any of that conversation's that time particular message should be show in inbox.

Article has 50 followers. Customer A who follows article posts a comment, this creates one message in all 50 followers inbox. But in customer A's inbox - 50 messages are created. This shouldn't happen. Customer A should also have 1 message in his inbox related to that comment. When customer A gets first reply from any of the other 49 customers then that reply is shown under the message already created. If a second reply is received from another customer then a new message thread is created in A's inbox. So a private chat starts only when a reply is received.

So right now private msg module not provide such kind of feature if you have any solution based on our functionality. Please let us know and it
