I'm using Twitter on Intranet behind a Firewall. Actually I'm not able to add any account. Does it works behind heavy Firewall?

kale_ CreditAttribution: kale_ commentedTwitter Module (7.x.5.11) and Twitter Last Tweet Field with Oauth (7.x.3.2)
I also tried to use the Twitter 7x.3.2 and same Oauth 7x.3.2 (without effects).
On other Websites it works fine. No Problems.
Just at the Intranet (behind Firewall) I'm not able to add accounts.
Settings --> Web Services --> Twitter --> Settings --> Add Account
