I get the following warning anytime cache is cleared:

Warning: file_get_contents(sites/all/themes/xxx/js/moving_nav.js): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in drupal_build_js_cache() (line 5091 of /nfs/c11/h04/mnt/199200/domains/xxx.com/html/includes/common.inc).
