Hello, not sure if this is the right place to put this. I did not see 'Open an Issue' anywhere as described in the instructions for getting approved to post. I assure you I am not here to add spam. I am learning Drupal and PHP and I am building a complex website for my business that I believe will be very popular quickly. I am having an issue with Search API. I see from Ressa that it may be solved. My site is down and need help. Please approve me so I can post. Thank you so much. :)

I assume you are talking about https://www.drupal.org/drupalorg/docs/user-accounts/become-a-confirmed-user ? if yes, then the text 'open an issue' is linked to the webmaster's issue queue.
