Not sure why, but the search phrase itself gets removed from the autocomplete suggestions.
I think IF providing autocomplete suggestions most users will select a suggestion instead of submitting their input and then the word is missing.
As far as I can see (not sure...) simply removing line #2131 of service.inc " ->condition('word', $keys, 'NOT IN');" would do or maybe there should be a setting in case there is a reason for the current behaviour?
