When the DigiD server is not available, SimpleSAML shows the user an error page with (technical) error info. The administrator is only notified if the user uses the form on this page to leave a comment.

It would be better to have a custom error handler which automatically informs the administrator that there are problems with DigiD and redirects to a user-friendly error page, with an optional comment form.

This patch adds custom error handling for SimpleSAML. A functional content node can be set as custom error page or webform to inform the user.
