In upgrading drupal 8.2.2 to drupal 8.2.3, I inadvertently deleted installed modules on a test site. Now I am reinstalling previously installed modules.
Upon reinstall of Mollom, I receive the following error:
Unable to install Mollom, mollom.settings already exists in active configuration
What do I have to do to delete the previous Mollom details so that I can reinstall the module?
And yes, I know I should have backed up the system but did not. There's nothing much worth saving on the site yet, so I skipped the backup. Good to be reminded of that on a site that hardly matters at all yet...

While it's probably too late for the original poster (my apologies)... in case it helps others:
There is a "mollom" table as well as an entry for Mollom in the "config" table. I suspect the complaint from Drupal is from the latter.
