If there are any warnings in the task, it's considered a failure. No results are reported. The remote import process should continue if possible. It should only bail if there are errors, not warnings.

For example, the warnings from #2826739: Overriden Provision_Service_remote_import_hostmaster methods incompatible with parent are preventing me from listing remote sites for import.
