Since the 7.x-3.8 update Menu HTML doesn't work. See attached images.
I assume its the changes in the menu template files, but couldn't find out exaclty what causes this.
After simple copying "menu-local-action.func.php" and "menu-link.func.php" to my subtheme template directory and renaming them, everything works again.

markhalliwellThis isn't a bug. It's an intended change of behavior.
7.x-3.8 was the DRUPAL-SA-CONTRIB-2016-058 security release.
Please read the security release and related issue for further details.

markhalliwellThis is a valid bug (as was pointed out in #2835704: Document inconsistencies with Drupal core and Bootstrap 7.x-3.8+). Sorry, re-opening.

I assume that this patch has somehow caused this?
