Signup forms skipped during 7.x-3.x to 7.x-4.x migration if using Features module

The update hook used to update signup forms for MailChimp's new API checks mergevar values are stored as an array. If a signup form has been exported to a feature using the Features module, the mergevar is stored as an object instead. This causes the update process to skip the signup form.
