Now this module supports only nodes. But search api can work with several types of entities like taxonomy terms, files, commerce products and etc.
I'm going to check how search api choosing entities to support them and I'm going to add support for these entities into this module.

Devel supports only next kind of entities:

  1. node
  2. taxonomy_term
  3. comment
  4. user

This module supports the same kinds.
