Fatal error: Call to undefined function nucleus_get_predefined_param() in C:\Sites\mysite\sites\all\themes\zircon\inc\preprocess_functions.inc on line 57 [#2825521]

Using drush, I installed the Zircon theme and received the following error. Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time.

The Nucleus theme is a required for the Drupal 7 version. If the nucleus_get_predefined_param() function isn't found, it means the Nucleus theme isn't installed or isn't enabled.
