The extremely helpful new Drush integration in the 7.x-2.x-dev branch but be further complemented by integration with Administration menu's (admin_menu) UI for granular cache clearing, especially for site builders and new community members.

Re-rolled the #2823735-2: Add integration with Administration menu (admin_menu) module patch to actually clear cache_libraries, and consolidated both instances of module-based cache clearing functioning into one internal function.
