My motivation to post this issue is to have more information for Novice to start contribute on DO trying to fill an Issue correctly.
I notice that there is no info on what format have to be the form field for add a "Related Issue".

Possible formats:

1. Full URL address like https://www.drupal.org/node/2536122
2. Node ID like #2536122
3. Node title like Push to get the Drupal Organization to update the Drupal forums

Please excuse me if perhaps this is the wrong place to post this issue.
Please correct the post addressing if necessary.

I made some minor cleanups to the possible formats. The description should also mention autocomplete.
