Hello There,
I've developed a drupal 8 version of Domain Menu, and would like to post that on drupal.org, According to Dealing with unsupported (abandoned) projects I tried to contact the owner of this module through drupal.org (they don't have contact tab) and I've left them a message on IRC.
Hope I can get the namespace and publish a module at that name.
Kind Regards,
Mahmoud Fawzy

agentrickardI don't have access to this project, but I am the Domain maintainer.
It's not entirely clear to me that we'll need this in Drupal 8. This module lets admins change the default menus on a per domain basis.
I don't think those settings exist in Drupal 8. Menus are handled through Blocks, and Blocks already have a Domain-visibility setting.
What you might need is a UI change to restrict the menus available to editors on a certain domain.
I'm interested in what features the new module has?

I'm not actually porting this module (existing functionality) to D8, instead, I'm interested in the namespace, what my module does is: add per-domain menu management access the same way domain_access does with nodes.
In other words: Allow menus to be assigned to domains, and allow affiliated users to edit menus that belong to their domains (add items, re-arrange items, update menu titles .... ) hence the name domain_menu. I would really appreciate your guidance on this one, I cannot release the code just yet but I'm getting it signed off and will be able to release it quite soon.
